Parent Organization: Cultural and Ethnic Groups
The Haitian Students Association is a space for those who identify with and are interested in Haitian culture. We are an inclusive group that welcomes dialogue, shared experiences, and enthusiasm from all people. Our mission is to function as an easily accessible meeting place for all to discuss Haitian culture and social issues, provide educational and cultural functions throughout the year, and serve as a student liaison to the University in order to build and maintain regular communications and cooperative relationships with faculty, staff, and other students on campus. We hope to empower, enrich, and educate not only our minds but the hearts and spirits of everyone we meet.
